Please call us or email us to book an appointment with Dr Nandi. Alternatively fill in our enquiry form and we will be in contact with you during business hours. You may also fax us the referral from your general practitioner.
What to bring to your appointment
Your relevant medical information
Please bring any relevant medical information such as medical history, medication list, investigation results (e.g. Blood test, Xray, ultrasound, CT scans) or any other medical summary or referral letter which was given to you by your referring doctor. These documents provide us with valuable information which could help towards an accurate diagnosis. Also, it will enable you to be eligible for a Medicare rebate.


Payment Methods
We accept all methods of payment including EFTPOS, credit cards and cash.
There is an out-of-pocket expense for our service. Clients eligible for Medicare can claim their rebate at the time of payment and usually reimbursed by Medicare within 48 hours.
Clients with less favourable financial situation may request discounted rate or bulk billing though their general practitioner at the time of referral.
Please do not hesitate to contact our friendly staff for your enquiry related to payments and billing.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least two days’ notice if possible, to enable us to offer your appointment to patients on the waiting list.
Practice Parking
We have onsite parking available for our patients. Please access our car park via either Upward Street or Grafton Street.
